Amico smart fan won't connect

I recently had to warranty a smart fan and now have a newer version of it. I have 4 other older amico fans that get detected and added just fine.
Connecting it to smart life is no problem but it doesn't show up in the discovered devices with the cloud api connection.
I tried getting the device ID and localkey via tinytuya and adding it manually but got a session 1 error. So I tried resetting it's wifi connection in smart life to refresh the localkey but the problem remains.
