[Bug] CollectionView invisible items hold space and are selectable

Description

I am using CollectionView to create Accordion. The CollectionView needs to show Grouped items when user clicks on the header and again hides it with another click. But the issue is that the hidden items stills hold their space and are selectable. In the screenshot below the Group1 items are holding as much space as Group2 and the second item is selected in Group1 although it's items are Invisible.

This issue match with previous resolved issue at #5647.

I was able to achieve the accordion functionality with clearing and adding data on every click on header. But it still have an issue on iOS. Which is reported over #8344

I'm not even using grouped items and am seeing this behaviour also.

• iOS is selectable AND takes up space.
• Android seems to consume almost no space but is still selectable.

(both are unacceptable outcomes)

I was trying to use IsVisible as a workaround to ObservableCollections being broken still. #7711

Very frustrating.
