Remove the daemonisation and watchdog code now that were are using systemd. Systemd will do all the forking and watching for us. The rest of the code in v6daemon.ml will go away once we move v6d to xcp-idl. Signed-off-by: Rob Hoes <rob.hoes@citrix.com>
