Add support for Qwen2 models

This PR adds support for the new set of qwen2 models.

Example usage:

Hello, xenova. I would like to ask you how you built Qwen/Qwen1.5-0.5B-Chat to Xenova/Qwen1.5-0.5B-Chat. I built Qwen/Qwen1.5-0.5B-Chat by referring to the official way, but it didn't work properly. Running it in the browser will report an error: Uncaught 1867166792.

This is my build command:
optimum-cli export onnx -model Qwen/Qwen 1.5-0.5b-chat Qwen/ QWEN 1.5-0.5b-chat.

Could you provide your build commands? I'd like to refer to it. Thank you very much
