cant turn off.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An option to quit the app

Please paste the application's log here (it should now be on your
clipboard):not applicable..option missing, doesn't show in task manager...can't 
be stopped in phones services. 


What version of Android are you using? 2.2

I'm unable to reproduce this - you can quit the app by disabling the service in 
the settings, and it does show up under running services and installed apps in 
the system settings.
