Code Review
This pull request correctly updates the documentation for the target:artifactfile function to include its kind parameter in both English and Chinese. My review includes suggestions to make the description of this new parameter more specific in both documents. By mentioning the currently supported value (implib) and its purpose, the documentation will be clearer for users.

The description for the kind parameter is a bit generic. To improve clarity for users, it would be helpful to be more specific about the expected values, especially since there seems to be only one supported value at the moment based on the usage example.
