bbrsync v0.5.0 keeps completed per-file progress visible.

• Keep one completed 100% row for every transferred file, including fast files.
• Continue updating only the active file's row in place during transfer.
• Keep --hide-progress behavior unchanged for quiet scripts and logs.

Wire protocol remains v2. This release is compatible with v0.4.0 clients and daemons.

TCP and KCP traffic remain unencrypted, so use bbrsync only on a trusted local network or VPN.

This tool can overwrite or delete data. Keep backups and test on disposable folders first.
