Not all files are uploaded all the time

This is a bit weird, but for some reason the action is not consistently uploading all files.

I'm using it in this workflow - https://github.com/flcdrg/Verify.Cli/blob/main/.github/workflows/dotnet.yml#L217C1-L223C61

It correctly identifies that there are two files to upload, but then only uploads one!
