Converts between Date, SystemTime, UTC = Universal Time Coordinated, FileTime, UnixTime, DosTime, WindowsFoundationDateTime, DateTimeStamp
The project to collect all those functions together in one module started in jan.2021. The functions itself were spread all over different codes, starting in about year 2000.
Date and time will be formatted in ISO-8601 like 2024-09-16T18:30:56 or 20240916T183056
