feat(running_command_page): add button to remove all running commands

Add a "Remove All Commands" button on the running commands page to allow users to clear all running commands at once.
Currently, users have to remove commands one by one, which is inconvenient for batch operations.
This feature will improve the user experience by providing a quicker way to stop all commands.
