how do i increase the login splash screen image 100% brightness not dull

i like this theme. so far for the login etc.. but i have a custom image for the background.. i wanna bring it to 100% brightness but i cant seem to figure how.. the theme makes it darker... so hard to see..
i using in the latest jellyfin.. but i not sure how to configure it
