add show create table action to a table context menu

When ydb-platform/ydb#33 is complete and release, table context menu must contain a new action that will take the create table statement of the selected table and fill the editor with it

Good news, but may be there should be just another tab or pane in Schema tab that will show create table command, or create topic for topic, or create index for secondary index, and YQL command for create CDC, and will be enough for this pane to have 'Copy to clipboard' button.
Messing with editor contents is overkill.
Also having those YQL commands will help to learn syntax.
