Get rid of logging in cursor.py

There is no parameter such as echo and the full SQL is always emitted in the logs, and it can't be turned off
The same can be achieved by setting the echo parameter during the creation of the engine:

sa.create_engine(
            echo=True

OR

create_async_engine(
            echo=True,

And the loger qlalchemy.engine.Engine will output the SQL.
