Curve pools for LRTs depeeg

We check only balancer pools for LRTs depeeg, but some assets moved to Curve, like:

• pufETH: https://www.curve.finance/dex/ethereum/pools/factory-stable-ng-113/deposit/
• weeth: https://www.curve.finance/dex/ethereum/pools/factory-stable-ng-157/deposit/

Nice, check how depeg is checked for Balancer pools: https://github.com/yearn/monitoring-scripts-py/blob/main/lrt-pegs/balancer/main.py

Steps to follow:

1. create a folder curve in lrt-pegs
2. create a script to check the pools defined above
3. send telegram message if the pool is out of balance
4. run the script in hourly gh actions

Yes man, the percentage should be constant, so it is easy it update this value.
