Node groups/orgs

Something where multiple nodes could optionally be part of an organization, e.g by specifying org pubkey and org signature, and also maybe also (optionally) organization info? (e.g name, website, etc)

This would be nice for a yggdrasil version of something like https://bgp.tools, or dn42 explorer, since then nodes could be grouped by organization/individual.

I mean, as long as every party uses the same format, you can put any kind of metadata into the nodeinfo.
