I use a custom hud slightly edited to remove the sniper scope.

RadeonPro

I also use radeon pro occasionally. It does not give a framerate boost but I like the old pixelated look it offers.

LodAdj Trick

Turns out for AMD grahpic card you can setup a LodAdj file within your registry to constantly get a even more pixelaxted look.
