I have been trying to install this app but my Windows did not allow it. I tried to install the certificate manually.

This is because my code certificate expired in January. Sadly, the only fix for this would be for me to buy a new cert or pay for Microsoft's Trusted Signing. I'm cooking up an alternative, but in the meantime you'll have to either compile the app yourself or help me get a new cert.
