A warning about the Linux 7 kernel (a.k.a. Ubuntu 26.04)

mongo:8.0 / mongo:8.3 is not happy the 7. host kernel (like in Ubuntu 26.04).

If necessary, you need to add to the compose.yaml for the MongoDB:

environment:
      GLIBC_TUNABLES: glibc.cpu.hwcaps=-SHSTK

And I am using redis:8.6-alpine and I have no problem with overleaf.
