Run logical_backup as non-root #1306

- Where do you run it - cloud or metal? Kubernetes or OpenShift? AWS K8s
- Are you running Postgres Operator in production? yes

Our security policy requires that our pods don't run as root. This support was added to the operator on v1.6.0 (and we're using a patched v1.5.0 with it), but the logical_backup image still runs as root. Would it be possible to also add the capability to run as non-root to this image? Thanks!
