Documentation for default major_version_upgrade_mode is outdated

The documentation https://github.com/zalando/postgres-operator/blob/master/docs/administrator.md#in-place-major-version-upgrade still says that off is the default major_version_upgrade_mode. This changed with release 1.13.0
