Currently, if you are logged into Zed collaboration on multiple machines you can only join Zed channels on one of them at a time. Joining from a second machine will disconnect the first machine.
My use case is that I would like to be able to join from Windows and Mac at the same time. I want the audio to be flowing through my Mac (my primary machine with Mic/Headphones attached) and yet be able to also share my screen from my Windows machine to support for cross platform testing and validation.
This would also enable a user to test collaboration with themselves across multiple machines.
I assume it would be reasonable to have a similar prompt to how Slack / Zoom prompt to handle this:
"Do you want to join this call from multiple devices? [Connect Here and Disconnect Others] / [Connect Multiple] / [Cancel]"
