Move the Tab bar to the Top bar like Chrome

There are three bars on the editor window: the top bar, the tab bar, and the breadcrumbs, which take a lot of vertical space, but the vertical space on laptops is limited. So I hope to move the tab bar to the top bar just like Chrome.

I acknowledge that there is a significant amount of space taken by the title bar, tab bar, and breadcrumb bars, however I do not think this is a good solution. First, are you suggesting moving the tab bar above the title bar, merging it with the title bar, or removing the title bar? The title bar has important buttons that I don't think should either be collocated with the tabs or moved to the breadcrumb bar.
If you could clarify what you mean or add a napkin drawing, that would help, but at the moment I am very much opposed to this.

What I meant is merge the tab bar with the title bar, not removing the title bar. There is still a lot of space remaining in the title bar that is enough to hold the tab bar.

Or we can move the buttons on the breadcrumbs to the tab bar or the title bar, and make the breadcrumbs optional.
