AI Agent not working in Zed (loading forever)

Hello,

I'm facing an issue with Zed editor AI Agent.

Problem:

• The Agent is stuck on loading indefinitely.
• I am logged in successfully (my username is visible in Zed).
• Internet connection is working fine.
• Zed version: 0.229.0

From logs I see this error:

• Failed to fetch experiments: 403 (Currently staff only)

Steps I tried:

• Restarting Zed
• Reinstalling / updating Zed
• Checking login status
• Running with --foreground (logs included)

Expected behavior:
The AI Agent should load normally and respond.

Actual behavior:
It keeps loading forever and never finishes.

Question:
Is this feature restricted for some users/accounts or regions?
Or is there any fix I can try?
