Make project search real-time

What are you proposing?

Make project search show results incrementally as the user types, without requiring Enter to trigger the search.

Why does this matter?

• Eliminates friction — every extra keystroke (Enter) slows down the search loop
• Matches user expectation set by buffer search and every other major editor

Are there any examples or context?

VS Code, neovim, and fzf-based tools all update project search results in real-time. The current flow feels noticeably slower in comparison.
