Is there way I could set keybinds for this?

What I want is:
While split : Two tabs should behave as one for keybind
And
Rather a different option should exist to switch between split tab

Let's say I have 3 tabs open
Tab_One and Tab_two are in splitted group or window.
Now when I press Alt + 1 (in my case) I get to tab_one, but when Alt+2 I want to go to Tab_three rather Tab_two because Tab_One and Tab_two are already in split mode and I can visually see them at Alt + 1.

So is this possible?
