- Updated the Travis configuration to match templates.
- Updated the ISSUE_TEMPLATE, PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE, and SUPPORT to match the maintainers templates.
- Added usage documentation to the README.
- Makes PHP 7.2 required to pass.
