Request::hasHeader('Host') returns false

Here is a small script that reproduces the issue. It has been run on PHP 5.6 against the 1.3.5 version of the library.

You are right....per psr-7 the constructor MUST attempt to set the host header from the uri...

During construction, implementations MUST attempt to set the Host header from a provided URI if no Host header is provided.

the RequestTrait::initialize method does not add the host header to the request, instead a host header is provided form the $uri if not present in the request headers. That is why hasHeader returns false.
