The imx93_evk board.yml that I looked up to really confused me, because it uses a same SoC and it looks like the SMP is supported on imx93_evk board.
I don't really understand what is the difference between frdm_imx93 and imx93_evk, and how one can support SMP while other one can't.
I will remove smp variants for A55, but I am curious what this is all about

SMP variants refer to these files: imx93_evk_mimx9352_a55_smp.dts imx93_evk_mimx9352_a55_smp.yaml imx93_evk_mimx9352_a55_smp_defconfig
But you don't add them in FRDM board, so need to remove it from baord.yml

@JiafeiPan I understand it now, thank you for the answer. I removed smp variants for A55 core from board.yml and the SMP can be added in another PR, if you agree.
