Issues with Ethernet connection

I'm trying to modify this project to use Ethernet instead WiFi. Have you tried that before?

I get "connection refused" when I try to connect to the Modbus TCP port.

I'll investigate why, but I'd like to know if you tried that before. I'm using WT32-ETH01 modules.

I made a PR adding Ethernet support also several small changes.
