AsterixConnection

• server: defaults to 'http://localhost'
• port: defaults to 19002

AsterixConnection.query

• statement: SQL++, required
• pretty: response formatting, defaults to false
• client_context_id: defaults to None

query 'mode' is always immediate. async and deferred not implemented.
