z/OS Free disk space misleading logs

Describe the bug
Due to default behavior of Spring, when it senses the partition it runs on is out of space it prints the below logs.
((o.s.b.a.s.DiskSpaceHealthIndicator)) Free disk space at path '/rsusr/zowe/zowe-3.02.0/components/gateway/.' below threshold
This is misleading on z/OS because of how partition resizing works.

Expected behavior
Removal of misleading logs
