zowe.config.json: what is "defaults" for?

Hey @ssamayoa,

For first time users, Zowe Explorer will attempt to load the default profile corresponding to the registered services (z/OSMF, z/FTP, ...). However, if you've already been using Zowe Explorer and have added new profiles to either of the trees, those profiles will also be loaded in a new vscode window, alognside the corresponding default profiles.

In the context of Zowe CLI, it's used to define which profile to use when none is specified when running a command.
