How to Disable DHT, PeX, and LPD

- Open the options (Tools->Options in the menu bar) and go to the "BitTorrent" page
- Uncheck "Enable DHT [...]", "Enable Peer Exchange (PeX) [...]", and "Enable Local Peer Discovery [...]"
