Point all grpc handlers to http handlers

Since we are making grpc changes in the grpc branch. There can be changes in master branch while we are implementing grpc. We should point grpc handler to http handler, this will help us avoid writing tests and make sure that changes made in master branch are easily resolvable in grpc branch.
