This repo is not importable by other golang repos due to where the go.mod file exists. Also its not possible for code to access config files which are in directories that are outside of the go.mod file tree.
The first commit moves the go.mod and go.sum files and changes all the import paths
The second commit fixes make file
The third commit fixed docker files
