How does server send messages to client?

now, I know client can send message to server by calling server's method, but how does server send message to client actively or call method of client?

Hi, a server cannot initiate a new sequence of messages (hence the
distinction between server and client). However a client can call a method
on the server that returns a stream instead of a single reply. The server
is then free to send message down the stream at its own peace (and close
the stream at any time).
