Remote screen sometimes turns black

Describe the bug
Sometimes the remote screen control image is black.

Possible causes, feedback needed:

• Auto fetching new users doesnt happen properly, the user needs to manually fetch those but does not do that.
• From first agent installation the user stays logged in and no reboot happened in the meantime.

This also might be related to the display not being active on display less servers with no virtual screen driver.
