Code Review
This pull request updates the German localization for the 'Foreign' category, changing the translation from 'Ausländisch' to 'Länderspezifisch'. The reviewer suggests using 'International' instead, as it is more idiomatic for software interfaces and better captures the intended meaning of the category.

While Länderspezifisch is an improvement over Ausländisch, it translates to "country-specific" rather than "foreign". In software localization, the category Foreign (referring to international or non-local content) is more idiomatically translated as International or Weitere Regionen. Additionally, Länderspezifisch is an adjective, whereas category names in German UIs are typically nouns or substantivized adjectives.

Länderspezifisch is the better word for foreign instead of ausländisch
