Remove
.github/workflows/claude-code-review.ymland.github/workflows/claude.yml. These are being retired in favour of the built-in Claude review bot now enabled on this repo, which provides the same review and@claude-mention behaviour without a hand-maintained workflow.Executed tests
None required — workflows-only change. No source code touched; remaining CI jobs are unaffected.

Not consensus-affecting, not operator-facing, backwards-compatible. No coordinated rollout.
