Description
Based on @manav2401 's comment, here's a small deliver of this batch improvement with better docs for future use. This solution should not be used anymore since there is an ongoing development for this backfilling direct on bor.
The tool were going to still available since could be potentially be used to help debugging on write/read/delete operations on pebble's db.
