Description
Bor now supports go-ethereum 1.14.6 so I think it's time to update the version of go-ethereum in polycli.
Related to #228.
Also minor update of dependencies with
go get -u ./...andgo mod tidy.It should also solve the following security issue: https://github.com/0xPolygon/polygon-cli/security/dependabot/23
