Some parts not working.

The GeoEye and Rotor don't function in the latest release or the previous one.

To Reproduce:

1. Go to SFS (1.6.00.16)
2. Have the newest version of Electricity pack installed and one of the 2 latest releases of More Parts Mod
3. Place GeoEye or Rotor and a solar panel or RTG with a battery or without.
4. Click on GeoEye or Rotor and see "No power source"
