JLCEDA Suite 0.1.25 fixes plugin auto-update compatibility in runtimes without fetch.

Highlights:

  • Added an XMLHttpRequest fallback for GitHub release checks when the JLCEDA runtime does not expose fetch
  • Kept the shell-menu label fix from 0.1.24 so host menus no longer render ???
  • Revalidated the update-check flow in smoke tests against a newer mocked suite release
