[Bug] Sub node firewall (iptables) unexpectedly enabled after upgrading to v2.0.14-beta.1

Problem Description

I encountered a critical issue when upgrading a Worker node to v2.0.14-beta.1 through the Master node's cluster management interface.
After the upgrade process completed, the Sub node's system firewall (iptables) was automatically activated/bound without any user prompt or configuration change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a 1Panel cluster with a Master node and at least one Sub node.
2. Navigate to Multi-Machine Management.
3. Trigger an upgrade for the Sub nodes to version v2.0.14-beta.1.
4. Once the upgrade finishes, firewall has been enabled and bind to 1PANEL_BASIC
