Problem Description
防火墙使用 ufw 时打开禁 ping 开关后重启系统，再次进入防火墙页面，禁 ping 开关会关闭。
Steps to Reproduce
在 Debian 13.2 上：
- 使用 ufw 防火墙，启用“禁 ping”开关；
- 重启服务器，再次进入面板防火墙页，对应开关关闭。
