Problem Description
html_rander标签中的js脚本引入了cdn，在调试时正常，演示时识别不到cdn
Steps to Reproduce
1、创建一个工作流，使用html_rander标签展示，html内容中引用cdn
2、在调试时展示正常
3、通过公共访问链接展示不了，浏览器控制台报错echarts未定义，实际上cdn资源是有的
