Problem Description
函数节点引用前面节点做为变量，当前面节点删除之后，函数节点必填参数为空也能发布
Steps to Reproduce
1、创建一个函数，设置一直必填函数。
2、在工作流中使用函数，函数变量引用别的节点，保存发布。
3、修改工作流，把别的节点删除，函数参数会失去引用，这时候也能保存发布。
