Problem Description

在使用过程中，刷新或关闭页面重开，最近对话记录消失，展示为之前存在的对话记录。进入maxkb后台看对话日志，最近的对话却又存在。

Steps to Reproduce

多人同时使用本地部署的maxkb，输入文档生成文档总结内容或AI扩写，在网络缓慢的时候进行刷新页面或关闭页面再次打开对话，可能会复现。
