Problem Description

1，管理员配置流程，售前和销售2个知识库；
2，使用售前用户去问答时，能看到流程里，是只有权限访问售前知识库的；
3，但是去调试或者问答时，仍然会到权限之外的销售知识库检索，普通用户没问题，企业微信扫码登录的用户会出现这个问题；
