Dialogue #114 plays for AIM mercs when the fan in UB stops

This dialogue ID 114 should only play for IMP mercs and UB specific mercs when the fan stops.

Do you have a save that replicates this? I was testing the latest myself the other day, but none of the AIM mercs I hired said anything when the fan stopped.

This was done on my mod using just Wolf. In my mod the power plant is in F10 so not sure if it has anything to do with the fan being in a different sector
